As of September 2, 2022, none of our drivers (whether they are direct workers or subcontracted companies or freelancers) WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CARRY OUT THE LOADING OR UNLOADING OF THE TRUCK.
This is established in RD 3/2022 (BOE of March 2) which prohibits drivers from participating in the tasks of loading and unloading goods in Spain, imposing fines of €4,000 on the loader, dispatcher, intermediaries, carrier and recipient.
We inform you for the appropriate purposes of due knowledge and especially regarding that, if upon arrival at origin or destination it is not possible to carry out the loading or unloading, it will be billed for stoppage in accordance with the conditions established with you or in its defect based on applicable law.
