Dear customers and collaborators,
We send you a copy of the communiqué received this morning by the Port of Barcelona, in relation to the stoppages called for next week by the Autonomous Transporters Union, SINTRAPORT, for days 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 of March.
These mobilizations logically affect the normal operation of the Port and therefore we will see as it evolves as we can go managing the loads next week. We will inform you as we have news about it.
We inform you, as long as you can plan your operations, that the Sintraport Autonomous Transporters Union has called mobilizations for the next days 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 March. These mobilizations could alter the fluidity of land viability in the Port of Barcelona.
The planned mobilizations are the following:
March 11 – from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: slow march of tractor units (planned route: Truck Center exit (moll Príncep d’Espanya) towards Teco Morrot (roundabout moll de Ponent) and direction to the roundabout Terminal BEST).
March 12 – from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: a first march starting at 8:00 a.m., on foot, from the TIR building to the World Trade Center and back to the TIR. Then it is foreseen that specific information actions will be carried out in the accesses, terminals and depots.
March 13 – from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: slow driving of tractors (planned route: Truck Center exit (moll Príncep d’Espanya) towards Teco Morrot (roundabout Moll de Ponent) and direction to the roundabout Terminal BEST) .
March 14 – from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.: specific informative actions in terminals and depots.
March 15 – from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: slow tractors travel (planned route: Truck Center exit (moll Príncep d’Espanya) towards Teco Morrot (roundabout moll de Ponent) and direction to the roundabout Terminal BEST).
The Port Police will manage at any time, when necessary, access to the port area.
